The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's implementation of CSA makes good driver behavior, now more than ever, central to the success of your business. PSTC will help ensure that you're putting the best, most qualified drivers on the road.

Hiring Practices:
PSTC will review the application and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy. We will ensure that a PSP and Driver Abstract is obtained and reviewed as required. In addition we will: |

-Do a back ground check of the applicant as per regulation |
-Do a criminal background check as applicable |
-Knowledge testing |
-Review of the drug and alcohol report as applicable |

Driver Road Testing*:
By using a third party to road test your driver applicants you can ensure the quality of driver behind the wheel. Our experts will provide a full road test, from vehicle inspection, on the road and finally up to the dock we check for all areas of concern.

Driver Qualifications and files :
The MTO and DOT require all carriers maintain an accurate Driver's file. This file must contain employment verification, information on accidents and tickets, proof of on going training, Hours of Service training and disciplinary actions taken etc. PSTC will ensure that your Driver's files surpass regulation while being efficient and easy to use.
