Driver HOS log books maybe submitted in paper or electronic format. We can check any style HOS log book or vehicle inspections.

At the end of every month you will receive a complete summary of each driver's HOS logs for the month including a list of his/her violations.

This Driver Violation Report is mandatory in case of a DOT or MTO Facility Audit to show that steps are being taken to eliminate violations. Under current regulations you are required to monitor all aspects of Hours Of Service and show when a driver has violations steps are being taken to remedy the problem. The driver must also sign a form showing what action has been taken and a copy will be placed in his/her file. Without this type of form on file the Enforcement Officers can and will lay charges against the driver, dispatcher, safety personal and or the owner of the company when log violations persist.

Our HOS log book auditing service goes a step further then the competitors. Not only do we check for Canadian and U.S. Hours of Service, we also check for 19 additional form and function violations. As well we have the unique ability to track customer specific requirements, such as driver ID's.

Vehicle inspections are also checked

Our HOS audit doesn't end with the log book, we also check your vehicle inspections for no additional cost. We check for form and function and also validate that information to the log book for accuracy.

Remember if a vehicle inspection is not filled out or filled out correctly you maybe liable in the event of an accident for not checking your vehicle before operating. This can and will have a serious impact on your Safety Rating and insurance.

For a small extra fee we are equipped to test your logs against supporting documentation, be it GPS, toll or fuel receipts, way bills or any other time stamped information.

Full set of reports and sign off sheets

You will also receive a Summary of All Violations report generated by your company's terminal. These statistics show which days of the week and weeks of the month where most violations occur. This is useful for dispatchers - to monitor drivers and their hours.

A Summary of the Driver's Monthly Activity report totals miles or kilometers driven, total hours driving and on duty. This report also generates an account of a driver's speed.

The Month-by-Month Graph will show any improvements made by your drivers and the company as a whole.
